From climbing the majestic Sigiriya Rock to riding the world’s most scenic train in Ella, this tour captures the true essence of Sri Lankan hospitality. Tailored for a small group of five, we ensure a comfortable and immersive experience through the island’s diverse landscapes.
Meet at Colombo Airport and transfer to the beach town of Negombo for relaxation.
Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. Afternoon climb to the Sigiriya Rock Fortress.
Drive to Kandy via a Spice Garden. Evening Cultural Dance show and Temple of the Tooth visit.
Drive to the hill station. Visit a tea factory and enjoy the cool climate near Lake Gregory.
Board the famous hill country train. Visit the Nine Arch Bridge and hike Little Adam’s Peak.
Optional safari at Udawalawe/Yala. Drive to the coastal town of Bentota or Mirissa.
Boat safari on Madu River, visit a Turtle Hatchery, and enjoy beach relaxation.
Explore the capital for shopping (House of Fashion/Odel). Transfer to Airport.
Most travelers require an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization), which can be applied for online before arrival. Bangladeshis are currently eligible for on-arrival facilities or online ETA. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months.
Bring lightweight cotton clothes for the coast, but don't forget a sweater/light jacket for Nuwara Eliya as it gets cold. For temples, bring modest clothing (shoulders and knees must be covered); white clothing is traditionally preferred.
Sri Lankan food is flavorful and can be spicy. Don't miss out on "Kottu Roti," "Hoppers," and fresh seafood. For a refreshing drink, try the local "King Coconut."
Book the train journey early as tickets sell out fast. When shopping, "Barefoot" and "Paradise Road" offer high-quality authentic souvenirs. Also, always carry some local Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) for small tips and street snacks.
